We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Cyndi Henderson, BC-HIS
Owner
Cyndi Henderson, owner of Palmetto Hearing, began working in the hearing instrument industry in 1986. She is licensed by the State of South Carolina as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, and has also obtained her National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences.

Sandra Jackson
Office Manager, Patient Care Coordinator
Sandra is our Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator. She has two daughters, four grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren! She is often referred to in our office as "Mama" since she is Cyndi's Mom.
